Upon termination you would be entitled to outstanding subscription deposits after adjustment of any claim by Prothom Alo. PROTHOM ALO has the right to terminate any user account at any time if the terms and conditions of subscription are violated by the subscriber or by any other person using the password. In this case subscription charges would not be refunded. In the event the subscriber wishes to terminate the subscription service , such close his/her account may be done with prior notice of at least 15 days in case of monthly subscription and 30 days in case of annual subscription. In any event outstanding subscription deposits, in any, is not be refundable. The rights of termination are in addition to all other rights or remedies of Prothom-Alo.com provided in these Terms or by law. 4.
