1. Registration, Passwords and Responsibilities

responsible for the confidentiality and use of and access to Prothom-Alo.com
Content and the Site using your user name, sign-on password, and/or I.D. You
agree to immediately notify Prothom-Alo.com if you become aware of any loss or
theft of any sign-on password or I.D. or any unauthorized use of a sign-on
password, I.D., user name, or of Prothom-Alo.com Content or the Site. You will
provide Prothom-Alo.com with accurate, complete registration information
(including in particular your e-mail address) and inform Prothom-Alo.com of any
changes to such information. For the purpose of confirming your compliance with
these Terms, Prothom-Alo.com reserves the right to monitor and record activity

When you register, you are registering as a personal user of Prothom-Alo.com.

2. Charges
Purchasing a subscription to Prothom-Alo.com gives you the access to the
additional content and features of the site. This additional feature is
exclusively for subscribers only. See Annex-1 to view the additional features
currently available.

Annual : $30.00 (US dollar Thirty)
Monthly : $05.00 (US dollar Five)
3. Termination of registration
Prothom Alo in its absolute discretion reserves the right to bring this the
agreement to an end, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating
that the agreement has been terminated. The agreement will terminate and your
email address and password will become invalid on Prothom-Alo.com immediately.
Upon termination you would be entitled to outstanding subscription deposits
after adjustment of any claim by Prothom Alo.
PROTHOM ALO has the right to terminate any user account at any time if the terms
and conditions of subscription are violated by the subscriber or by any other
person using the password. In this case subscription charges would not be
refunded.
In the event the subscriber wishes to terminate the subscription service , such
close his/her account may be done with prior notice of at least 15 days in case
of monthly subscription and 30 days in case of annual subscription.
In any event outstanding subscription deposits, in any, is not be refundable.
The rights of termination are in addition to all other rights or remedies of
Prothom-Alo.com provided in these Terms or by law.
4. Use of material appearing on Prothom-Alo.com
For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material including, without
limitation, text, different articles, graphics and news, published on the
Prothom-Alo.com information network, whether copyright of The Daily Prothom Alo
or a third party.
You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these
for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to
download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular
manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper form
comprising all or part of the material appearing on Prothom-Alo.com for
commercial uses.
You must not reproduce any part of Prothom-Alo.com or the material or transmit
it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material
in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so.
We may be prepared to allow you to distribute or reproduce other parts of

governmental restrictions.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
with, Bangladeshi law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of
Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may
arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship
established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to
the jurisdiction of the Bangladesh courts.
